Arla was fantastic! She paid attention to the details I was looking for in my Lafayette house, and helped me find the perfect home. She was always ahead of schedule and prepared a packet of information for each house we looked at, which contained MLS listing, notes from sellers, disclosures, flood zone, and other information needed to help make decisions. Very organized and responsive, and explained the differences between home buying in Louisiana since we were moving from out of state. She also recommended great resources to help us with installations and move in. Would not hesitate to recommend her and call her again for my real estate needs. Thanks Arla and Jessie!

She doesn’t just help you out with getting to the finish line with your project, but she makes family and she takes it and she actually makes sure that both parties are well. She is extremely persistent, relentless and driven! Let’s just say she make sure that the job is done well. There wasn’t a time that there was no communication. She was always there for us.
