She was always ahead of schedule and prepared a packet of information for each house we looked at, which contained MLS listing, notes from sellers, disclosures, flood zone, and other information needed to help make decisions. Very organized and responsive, and explained the differences between home buying in Louisiana since we were moving from out of state.
