ARLA!! She’s the absolute best!

Arla is fantastic. My husband and I were house hunting from across country, which put me on edge initially. Once we started working with Arla, I was out at ease. She understood what our goals and dreams were for our house and helped us land our forever home. She communicated with the seller to get our house at a better deal and got the construction done that we wanted. She has followed up with us before, during, and even after our move. Arla was fantastic! She paid attention to the details I was looking for in my Lafayette house, and helped me find the perfect home. She was always ahead of schedule and prepared a packet of information for each house we looked at, which contained MLS listing, notes from sellers, disclosures, flood zone, and other information needed to help make decisions. Very organized and responsive, and explained the differences between home buying in Louisiana since we were moving from out of state.
